Trip's Vintage Art & Custom Frames
Trip’s Vintage Art & Custom Frames is a lifelong collection of antique art and frames with special interest given to nautical scenes, military photos, and early hand-tinted photography. I have not only collected, restored, and reframed the antique art in my gallery, but I have also acquired a large inventory of vintage frames. I use these frames, along with ones that I make using reclaimed century-old wood, to create one of a kind frames for either vintage photography & art or personal pieces brought to me. The patina on the frames I use is always genuine, so whether it’s the look you only get from layers of depression era paint or the one you get when a frame hangs in a barn for 100 years, I’m sure I have the frame for your special piece.
Complementing the frames is a large selection of mat colors which I personally cut for a professional look and perfect match. I also cut all glass on site often using wavy vintage glass or museum grade as requested. All mat board and supplies are 100% acid free to prolong the life of your art or photography. The gallery also offers a variety of antiques and local driftwood to choose from.
