August Friday Fest

Special Feature for August!: Join us Friday, August 5th for a night of Live Entertainment performed by the professionally touring Swing Band, the ‘Good For Nothing Band and join in the fun alongside teams of professionally trained Swing Dancers, all performing on the beautiful August evening sky! Also enjoy music from two Rock Bands, ‘Jam Kings’ & ‘East Bay’ and a live DJ Set from ‘The W.D.’.

Downtown Panama City comes alive with Music, Food, and Fun on the first Friday of the month starting in March and running through November, 6pm-10pm.

First launched in 2004, Friday Fest has become Bay County’s largest street festival with over independent show cars, over 60 vendors, Kidzone, and 4 live bands filling up four blocks of Harrison Avenue each month.  Local shops and restaurants stay open late and the festivities run until 10 pm, providing a great opportunity to shop, eat, and have a great time. Whether you are a regular, or you’ve never been, we have new surprises in store for you each time.  And this year, we have decided to theme each Friday Fest, so on any given night you may walk Downtown and be consumed by a different fun atmosphere.  What will you walk into? Will it be Jazz, Swing,R&B, Rock & Roll? If you want to find out, grab a friend, grab your family and join 10,000 of your neighborhood friends for Friday Fest!
