Basics of Scanning Photographs

In celebration of the American Library Association’s Preservation Week (April 23-27) and with the help of a Panhandle Library Access Network Innovation Grant, the Local History Department at Bay County Public Library is launching the Preserve This! Photograph Digitization Campaign.

Class will include photograph handling, recommended file formats, and a demonstration. Participants are encouraged to bring a photograph to scan and save to their own USB memory stick. Held in the Bay County Public Library Meeting Room. Class is free and open to the public.
