Bethlehem Christmas Village

Presented by Capt Andersons Marina at Unknown

Dec 14 - 17 2016
Bethlehem Christmas Village

You’re invited to spend Christmas in Bethlehem at Capt. Anderson’s Marina on Thomas Drive, on Wednesday, Dec 14th through Saturday, Dec 17th, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm!
Admission to the Village is free, but the tax collectors will gladly accept donations of canned goods and unwrapped toys. The Village opens at 5:30 pm, including Mary & Joseph entering Bethlehem on a donkey and live music from local school and church choirs sharing the Christmas story.
Village-goers will register for the census, stroll the streets of Bethlehem and search for lodging in the Inn, and enjoy many other historic activities.  Visitors can listen to Obadiah share tales of life as a stable boy in Bethlehem, hear the Candy Cane story by a special guest, interact with live animals at the barn, and enjoy the authentic setting.
Just as merchants lined the streets of Bethlehem throughout the census season, there will also be Christmas Food & Gift Merchants available for browsing and making holiday purchases.
Another unusual feature of Bethlehem Christmas Village is the Crab Pot Christmas Tree that is situated at the center of the Village.  The unusual Christmas tree is engineered to withstand brisk lagoon winds and decorated with lights and buoys.
