Adult Summer Reading Program with the theme “Build a Better World.”
Learn simple techniques to cope with stressful situations with Reiki Teacher and Practitioner, Jacqueline Ramsey. This 90-minute class will go over the fundamentals of directed thought, breathing techniques, and simple meditation. Program is free and open to the public. No previous experience necessary.
