GCSC Visual &  Performing Arts presents RENT by Jonathan Larson

 

The Gulf Coast State College Visual and Performing Arts Division presents the award-winning rock musical RENT by Jonathan Larson on April 8-17 in the Amelia Center Theatre on the Panama City campus.
Performances are Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30pm and Sundays at 2:30pm.

 

This production coincides with the twentieth anniversary of the 1996 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the Tony Award for Best Musical. “An inspiring musical about friends and artists struggling with addiction, poverty, AIDS and most of all, love.” -Music Theatre International

 

This production is “Rated R” for mature content and is recommended for high school and above.

 

The cast includes current GCSC students, GCSC alumni, community actors and local high school students.

 

Admission is free for GCSC/FSU PC students, faculty and staff with valid ID. General admission is $20 and high school students are $10. Tickets can be purchased online at www.gulfcoast.edu/arts
