Kids 6 and Up get the chance to be active and Jam Out to their favorite music! Our routines are kid- friendly; we break down the steps and add games fun activities and cool cultural exploration elements in the class structure.
Zumba helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporates fitness as a natural part of their lives by making it fun!
Our Ballroom dance allows kids to learn the steps to the 3 major ballroom dance styles: Rhythm, Smooth, and Latin!
Classes incorporate key childhood development elements life self-esteem. leadership, respect, teamwork, memory, confidence, creativity, coordination and cultural awareness!
Youth Zumba will be every Monday and Wednesday at 4:15pm
Youth Ballroom dance will be every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:15pm.
